Lyle Cross Scholarship Application Form Class of 2022

As a result of a generous gift from the Lyle Cross estate, First Lutheran Church has established a scholarship fund to benefit eligible graduating seniors of First Lutheran Church.  The scholarship in the amount of $200 may be awarded to each applicant who:

--Plans to enroll in some form of higher education upon graduation from high school.
--Is a member of First Lutheran Church of Milford, Iowa.
--Responds completely to the questions that are part of this application.
--Submits the application by the deadline.

Application deadline is April 30th.
Note:  Payment for the scholarship will be sent directly to the college at the beginning of the second semester of the recipient's freshman year.  This will be done in late January as long as all requested information (including 1st Semester transcript and school print out of the 2nd Semester class schedule) is sent to the church by January 15.
 
 
 
We are requesting two email addresses (if possible) -- one for the graduate and one for a parent.  The first email you provide should be that of the student.  The is the email the reminder will be sent to regarding the needed follow up informaiton.
